For any shipment to the EU and UK, you will be charged VAT.
For any shipments outside of the EU and UK, you will not be charged any VAT/GST/Sales tax. i.e This is Duty Free.
However, these will be shipped without any customs clearance or import duties, and so you may be charged local duties and taxes on the importation of your order. This varies greatly between countries, based on your shipment being exported from France.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. International shipping rates are dependent upon location, and will be displayed when you enter your shipping address during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive, and can I track its progress?
Orders typically arrive within three to seven business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its status and estimated delivery date.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service team and advise them of your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

What is your policy on returns?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance; they will help you process a return or exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be processed within five to seven business days of our receipt of your returned order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service team immediately, providing details of your order and photos of the damaged item/s. They will be pleased to arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, these options may be viable; if you change your mind about your order, pease contact our customer service team as a matter of priority. However, please note that once shipping is in progress we cannot cancel or modify any order.
