Where can I buy your products in-store?

To My Ships products are available at select retailers in London, Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia.

If your site indicates that a particular product is out of stock, when will it be available again?

In the rare event that any product is out of stock, we will work diligently to replenish it. To be notified of renewed stock you can subscribe to notifications on the product page.

Do you plan to open stand-alone stores?

Please stay tuned while plans for our first store in London take shape; we'll share news or progress from time to time. To remain updated, you are welcome to subscribe to our communications.

I prefer to try products that are new to me before committing to a purchase; do you offer complimentary samples?

How should I store the products I've purchased?

Store all To My Ships products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and ensure their lids are firmly closed. These simple measures will help maintain their quality, efficacy and longevity.

Are your products intended for all genders?

Yes, unequivocally.

Ingredients

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our personal care products have been tested rigorously to stringent standards, and been found suitable for all skin types. However, if you have strong concerns regarding skin sensitivity or if patch-testing results in irritation, we recommend consulting your specialist for personalised advice.

Are your products cruelty-free/vegan/organic?

To My Ships is committed to cruelty-free practices; none of our products are tested on animals. Further, none contains animal-derived ingredients or animal by-products.

Where possible, we opt for organic ingredients; however, organic versions aren't uniformly available. And whenever sourcing organic ingredients would mean sidestepping an ethical supply chain or increasing our environmental footprint significantly, we will always favour ethically produced and sourced non-organic ingredients of the highest quality.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

Where possible, we source ingredients from Europe's most reputable suppliers; however, where necessary and practicable we also source from ethical suppliers in other territories.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our entire range is manufactured in France.

Do your deodorants contain aluminium?

No.

Do any of your products contain palm oil?

No.

Does your Hand & Body wash contain sulphates?

No.

Safety and allergies

Are your products safe for use during pregnancy/nursing?

To My Ships products are formulated with gentle ingredients, and are generally safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, if you have particular concerns we recommend consulting your healthcare provider for personalised advice.

Have your products been tested for safety?

Safety testing is a regulatory requirement in all territories in which our products are available. Accordingly, our range has undergone rigorous testing to ensure our products meet the highest standards for safety as well as quality and efficacy.
