Supply Chain & Operations Lead

To My Ships is a London-based personal care brand grounded in the belief that the everyday can be elevated through restraint, intelligence, and care. Our range spans deodorant, body cleansers, and fine fragrance, each formulated with high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and designed within a refillable system.

Since launching in September 2024, we have built a considered presence across digital or online and wholesale channels. As we enter our next phase of growth, the integrity and resilience of our supply chain and operations will be critical to how we scale.

We are building the foundations for long-term, disciplined growth, and are seeking someone to lead this work with clarity and ownership.

The Role

This is a pivotal, end-to-end role responsible for how our products are made, moved, and delivered. As Supply Chain & Operations Lead, you will own the systems, partners, and processes that underpin the business, ensuring they are robust today and scalable for tomorrow.

You will work closely with the founders, product development, and commercial teams to align supply with demand, support launches, and maintain a consistent, high-quality customer and partner experience.

There is no rigid playbook. You will define and build the function, making considered decisions that balance quality, cost, speed, and brand integrity.

Key responsibilities:

Production & Supplier Management

·      Build and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers across the UK and EU

·      Source and evaluate new suppliers, supporting the development of a resilient and flexible supply network

·      Lead production planning and scheduling to meet demand and support on-time product launches

·      Drive quality and compliance standards with partners, ensuring products meet all regulatory and brand requirements

Logistics & Fulfilment

·      Coordinate and manage wholesale order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to partners

·      Oversee warehouse operations and third-party logistics partners to maintain service levels and accuracy

·      Design and evolve the logistics and warehousing network as the business scales

·      Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the logistics chain, particularly as we expand into new markets

Inventory & Demand Planning

·      Develop and maintain inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels, minimising waste and stockouts

·      Build and refine demand forecasting in collaboration with commercial teams to inform purchasing and production decisions

·      Track and report on key supply chain metrics, translating insight into clear operational actions

Operations & Process Development

·      Design and implement scalable processes and systems that support growth across all channels

·      Evaluate and introduce tools, systems, and partners that improve operational efficiency and visibility

·      Identify cost efficiencies while maintaining quality, service, and brand standards

·      Support customer service operations in the near term, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience

Ideally, you will have:

·      3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or a closely related field

·      Comfortable owning the full supply chain, from production through to fulfilment and inventory management

·      Experience within consumer goods, personal care, beauty, or luxury is advantageous

·      Commercially aware, with an understanding of how operational decisions impact growth and performance

·      Highly detail-oriented and numerate, with a preference for using data to inform decisions

·      A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through

·      Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy

·      Clear and confident communicator, able to manage both supplier relationships and internal stakeholders
