What is your policy on returns?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance; they will help you process a return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

A refund will be processed within five to seven business days of our receipt of your returned order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer service team immediately, providing details of your order and photos of the damaged item/s. They will be pleased to arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, these options may be viable; if you change your mind about your order, please contact our customer service team as a matter of priority. However, please note that once shipping is in progress we cannot cancel or modify any order.

Can I return a product received as a gift?

Yes, provided it remains unopened and unused. Please contact our customer service team with your gift receipt or order number; they will assist you with a return or exchange.
